Traineeships at Peppertree
Kickstart your journey with our supportive Traineeship Program:
- Paid 2–4 week in-centre trial to see if childcare is right for you
- 12–18 month full-time paid work while studying towards your Certificate III
- Weekly structured learning time and one-on-one mentoring
- On-the-job experience with direct support from educators and directors
- Early pathway into Diploma and leadership roles for high performers
